We are currently accepting applications for our 2024 CSA program see below for the application.

Our CSA is a 16-18 (minimum) week subscription program where you receive a share of whatever produce is being harvested that week.  The last several seasons we have run 19-20 weeks.  We offer half bushel and full bushel shares.  The half bushel is ideal for individuals, couples or small families and the full bushel shares are great for those families with more mouths to feed.  Half bushel shares cost $725 and full bushel shares are $1050.  These prices are for the full 16-18+ week harvest season (the last few seasons we've run 19-20 weeks).  Our harvest season starts in May.  We will have 4-6 weeks of spring produce pickups then take a 2-3 weeks off before starting our summer harvest.  The summer harvest will last for about 6-7 weeks and we will then take another 2-3 week break before starting the fall harvest, which will last for another 6-7 weeks.  You pick up your weekly share at our farm in Nokesville between 2pm and 7pm.  You can choose the pickup day that best suits your schedule.  Currently Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are available.

Spring shares will likely include strawberries, lettuce, summer squash, cucumbers, broccoli, cabbage, spring onions, cherries, cauliflower, kale, peas, beets, spinach, and bok choi.  In the summer your box will contain peaches, tomatoes, onions, potatoes, green beans, peppers, eggplant, plums, melons, sweet corn, cucumbers, blueberries, blackberries, summer squash, and okra.  For the fall expect to find winter squash, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, pears, cabbage, collard greens, raspberries, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, apples, green beans, onions, and pumpkins. 

In addition to fruits and vegetables, we also offer egg shares.  For $120 you get a dozen fresh cage free eggs each of the 16-18 weeks. We also offer a "bonus fruit" add on.  This add on costs $90 for half shares and $160 for full shares and doubles the amount fruit in your weekly share.

To apply, download the application, fill it out, and mail it in with your payment.  If you want to pay by credit card please mail or email your completed application to yankeyfarmoffice@gmail.com and let us know that you wish to pay by card and we will email you a link to complete the transaction.   Payment by credit card needs to be made in full at the time of application.
